 INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

On May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive, will be applied throughout the European Union. 95/46 / EC (referred to as "GDPR" or "General Data Protection Regulation").
 
Personal data, according to the GDPR, is the information about an identified or identifiable natural person. When using our services, such data is e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. 

Personal data is collected in the form of securely stored documentation and saved in our IT systems on our own servers, protected by a password.

2. PURPOSE AND THE BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING 
Data Administrator shall process your personal data in particular in order to:
  1. conclude a contract/provide services based on your interest in our offer, 
  2. perform a contract/provide contracted services.
  3. fulfill the legal responsibilities incumbent upon the Administrator,
  4. archive (evidence) being the execution of our legally justified interest in securing the information in the event of a legal need to prove facts,
  5. determine, redress or defend a claim, being the implementation of our legally justified interest in it,
  6. provide information about invitation for the events. 
 
3. DATA RECIPIENTS (PROCESSORS)
 
Your personal data may be disclosed to the company's employees for the puposes of execution concluded contracts and to the entities with whom we cooperate, in particular:
  1. debt collection company,
  2. postal operators and courier companies,
  3. law firm.
 
4. DATA STORAGE PERIOD 
 
1. Your personal data processed in order to execute the contract concluded with our company and fulfillment of our legal obligations shall be processed for the duration of the contract, and after the its expiry for the period: 
  1. in which any claims relating to the contract may arise,
  2. after-sales services (including compliants processing)
  3. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent upon us (for example resulting from accounting regulations or tax law).
 
5. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:
 
According to the GDPR, you are entitled to: 
  1. the right to access your data and receive a copy of it 
  2. the right to modify your data
  3. the right demand data delition or limiting data processing
  4. the right to object data processing if they are processed on the basis of the justified interest of the Administrator or for direct marketing
  5. the right to data portability
  6. the right to withdraw the consent for processing your personal data, if such processing was done on the basis of the consent. However, the withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfullness of the processing, which had been done on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal
  7. the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority
 
The rights listed in the points from a) to f) may be exercised by contacting the Data Administrator provided in the point 1. 
 
 
6. FREEDOM TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA 
 
Providing your personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract for sales/provision of services.
