Signing of the contract for the preparation of design documentation for the sewage treatment plant in Żuromin

On 31 March 2020, an official contract was signed between Schwander Polska Sp. z o.o. sp. k. and Żuromińskie Zakłady Komunalnych Sp. z o.o., for the development of design documentation for the task “Construction of the sewage treatment plant in Żuromin - preparation of design documentation for the sewage treatment plant in Żuromin”.
 
The scope of the contract includes the design of:

• A collecting well in front of the raw sewage pumping station building;
• Raw sewage pumping rooms with a continuous belt screen and a screen wash press;
• The catch point of supplied sewage, the drive-on tray to service the catchment point;
• A technical-social building for a compact mechanical pre-treatment unit, sand washer, EE switching station, power generator, control room, sewage filtration line, blowing station, sludge dewatering and hygienisation installations;
• A buffer tank;
• A biological reactor (two technological lines) with separate chambers: unaerobic, anoxic, aerobic and filtration;
• An aerobic chamber for stabilization of excess sludge;
• Installation of deodorization of a pumping station with a continuous belt screen, a sand washer and a buffer tank;
• Installation of process water in the hydrophore system;
• Communication system ensuring functional and easy communication between individual facilities of the sewage treatment plant;
• Supporting infrastructure: road lighting systems, fencing, etc. for the designed sewage treatment facilities along with the improvement of the exit into the municipal road.

Completion date of the investment task was set for 10/03/2021.
