The wastewater treatment plant was built using the latest wastewater treatment technology - MBR (Membrane Biological Reactor technology), which is based on membrane microfiltration, recommended in European Union directives as BAT - the best available method of wastewater treatment. Due to the combination of elements of the classic technology of activated sludge and filtration on microfiltration membranes, the wastewater treated in MBR reactors meets the highest quality standards - both in terms of physicochemical and microbiological. To illustrate - the quality of the purified effluent can be compared to the first-class purity of flowing water.
