Innovative technologies at the meeting of the General Assembly of the Beskid Agglomeration

On 11.12.2024, in the Session Hall of the Bielsko-Biała City Hall, a meeting of the General Assembly of the Beskid Agglomeration Association, which brings together local government units in the southern sub-region of the Silesian voivodeship, took place.

This important meeting was aimed at strengthening cooperation between the participants and exchanging experiences for the sustainable development of the region.

During the event, representatives of Schwander Polska, including the CEO Mr. Stanisław Malinowski, had the opportunity to present innovative technologies, which are the pillar of modern solutions in water and wastewater management and the closed loop economy.

Particular attention was paid to modern MBR technology and the HTC hydrothermal carbonization process, which support resource efficiency and environmental protection.
Other speakers included Ms. Klaudia Całus-Makowska from the Częstochowa University of Technology, on the subject of water treatment methods in the context of the new EU Wastewater Directive, and Mr. Bogumił Machnio from Alfa Laval.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity to establish new partnerships, exchange knowledge and seek answers to the challenges facing the region.

Cooperation between local government, science and business is the key to building a future based on innovation and sustainable development.
