ReNutriWater in the heart of Bieszczady!

On 14-16 May 2025, the ReNutriWater project partners met in picturesque Polańczyk to work together for three intensive days on the next stages of our joint project.

ReNutriWater is an international project focused on nutrient recovery and water reuse in agriculture, aiming to promote sustainable water management.

We started the meeting with a ride over the dam, which not only provided spectacular views of Lake Solina, but also allowed us to look down on the importance of water resources in the region.
On the following days, we visited the modern #MBR wastewater treatment plants in Berezka and Wołkowja, built or modernised by Schwander Polska. This gave our guests a better understanding of the local approach to water and wastewater management.

We also held workshops and working sessions in Polańczyk, where we worked intensively on developing key components of the project: the IT tool, business models and communication strategies that will help implement our solutions in different parts of Europe.

Our sincere thanks go to the Mayor of Solina Municipality - Adam Piątkowski - for his invaluable help and hospitality - thanks to his commitment, our meeting was not only effective, but also exceptionally inspiring. We will remember it for a long time!
