Schwander Polska attends the Economic and Social Council of the Częstochowa University of Technology

On 5th December 2024, a meeting of the Economic and Social Council was held at the Faculty of Infrastructure and Environment of Częstochowa University of Technology, which was attended by Mr Stanisław Malinowski, as a member of the Council.

The meeting was an excellent opportunity for dialogue between academics and business representatives.

During the event:
-The new term of the Dean's authorities was inaugurated and new Council members were welcomed
-Potential areas of research and development cooperation sparked a lively discussion, and courses of action to support cooperation between the university and the business sector were identified
-Plans to organise joint events to strengthen the links between science and business were initiated, offering students opportunities to gain practical knowledge and experience
-Didactic issues were discussed, proposing new, specialised courses to meet the needs of the labour market
 
Finally, a state-of-the-art science and research laboratory was visited, where projects such as the Polish-Chinese research on biomass combustion with negative CO2 emissions are being implemented.
