Visit of the representatives of the Capital City of Riga

In February 2019, Schwander Polska hosted a delegation of representatives of the Environmental Protection Department of the City of Riga. Representatives of the Latvian institution made a reference visit to two facilities implemented in the world's most modern MBR wastewater treatment technology.
During the meeting, the guests had the opportunity to see the technological solutions used at the sewage treatment plant in Chełmiec (Chełmiec Municipality) with a capacity of 1200 m3 per day and Kunów (commune of Chełmiec) with a capacity of 200 m3 per day. Those solutions were greatly appreciated by Latvian specialists.
The purpose of the visit was to exchange experiences regarding MBR technology and discuss the possibility of future cooperation on the implementation of MBR technology facilities in Latvia.
